Representing the Nation’s #1 Mercedes-Benz and Audi Dealers, Fletcher Jones Management West in Newport Beach is searching for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Business Development Center within the Marketing Department. If you’re a career-driven individual with strong organizational skills and are ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

We are a professional work environment with state-of-the-art equipment and software. Industry leading Luxury Brands representing Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and Toyota.

Responsibilities

Assist the Marketing Team with various administrative tasks
Provide support in maintaining marketing materials and documents
Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently
Create, edit and update spreadsheets, reports, and data entry
Sufficient follow-up on all requests, ensuring that all duties are met in a timely manner
Demonstrate problem-solving skills

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills w/ the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Highly motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficiency in Google Docs Editors Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Willingness to learn

Compensation

Motivating paid training program, base hourly of $18 with growth potential
