We are Fletcher Jones Management West, the team behind the nation’s top Mercedes-Benz and Audi dealerships. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our marketing department in Newport Beach and support our Business Development Center.
Responsibilities
- Support our marketing team by managing daily administrative tasks.
- Help maintain and organize essential marketing documents and materials.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure all projects reach completion efficiently.
- Manage data entry and keep our reports and spreadsheets accurate and up to date.
- Follow up on requests promptly to ensure all duties are handled on schedule.
- Apply your problem-solving skills to navigate daily challenges.
Must-haves
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and hit deadlines.
- A motivated, adaptable mindset that thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with the Google Docs Editors Suite, specifically Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- A genuine willingness to learn and grow within our company.
