If you are a career-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced setting with modern tools, we invite you to help us support our Business Development Center within the Marketing Department.
What you'll be doing
- You will handle a variety of administrative tasks to assist our marketing team in their daily operations.
- You will manage the creation, editing, and updating of essential reports, spreadsheets, and data entry projects.
- You will collaborate with your colleagues to ensure all marketing materials are maintained and that projects are completed on time.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong desire to learn and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational abilities that allow you to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency using the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with the Google Docs Editors Suite, such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
- A highly motivated attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to a busy work environment.
What you'll get
