Role at a glance
We are seeking a Market Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role based in the United Kingdom, and we offer a hybrid work environment to help you balance your professional and personal life.
Your impact
- You will identify emerging trends and high-growth opportunities within the life science, biotech, and biopharma industries to expand our market presence.
- You will lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies, working alongside our product management and field operations teams to ensure our solutions resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
- You will build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry partners to pilot new applications, gather actionable insights, and solidify our reputation as a technology innovator.
What you'll need
- A degree in a relevant life science field or business with a strong focus on the industry.
- At least two years of experience in market development, strategic marketing, product management, or field applications within the analytical instruments or biopharma space.
- A proven track record of driving strategic growth and successfully launching new applications or products.
- Deep knowledge of biopharma workflows, including areas like gene therapy and personalized medicine.
- The ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling value propositions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to travel up to 30% of the time for industry events and customer meetings.
