Role at a glance

We are seeking a Market Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role based in the United Kingdom, and we offer a hybrid work environment to help you balance your professional and personal life.

Your impact

You will identify emerging trends and high-growth opportunities within the life science, biotech, and biopharma industries to expand our market presence.
You will lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies, working alongside our product management and field operations teams to ensure our solutions resonate with both technical and executive audiences.
You will build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and industry partners to pilot new applications, gather actionable insights, and solidify our reputation as a technology innovator.

What you'll need

A degree in a relevant life science field or business with a strong focus on the industry.
At least two years of experience in market development, strategic marketing, product management, or field applications within the analytical instruments or biopharma space.
A proven track record of driving strategic growth and successfully launching new applications or products.
Deep knowledge of biopharma workflows, including areas like gene therapy and personalized medicine.
The ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling value propositions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to travel up to 30% of the time for industry events and customer meetings.
