About the Role
We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our team on a contractor basis. In this role, you will operate and maintain specialized processing equipment within a clean and dry room environment. You will be responsible for formulating and fabricating finished products and components for in vitro diagnostic reagent kits, ensuring that all output meets our high standards for safety, quality, and cGMP compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute production tasks by following Standard Operating Procedures and batch records while operating equipment such as balances, pipettes, heat sealers, and pneumatic tools.
- Maintain a high level of quality and safety by cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing areas, performing preventative maintenance, and managing laboratory inventory.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot process issues, support continuous improvement projects, and assist in training new members on production activities.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong foundation in technical processes and a commitment to precision. We require the following qualifications:
- A STEM certification, associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent military training. Alternatively, we welcome candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency with software tools for data collection and communication, including spreadsheets and word processing applications.
- Demonstrated experience following detailed work instructions and performing quality inspections.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
- The ability to work in a regulated environment while wearing necessary personal protective equipment.

This position is based on-site in the United States.
