Role at a glance
We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based on-site in the United States, where you will collaborate closely with our production staff to uphold our rigorous quality standards.
Your impact
- Lead process and equipment validation efforts, including the execution of thorough risk assessments.
- Coordinate with our suppliers and contract assembly partners to maintain a unified and effective product quality system.
- Drive continuous improvement by performing root cause analysis on non-conformances and implementing lasting corrective and preventive actions.
What you'll need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing setting, with a preference for those who have worked in the medical device industry.
- Strong mechanical intuition and the ability to quickly grasp complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong project management capabilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
- Fluency in English.
