Key outcomes

• Help maintain and update standard operating procedures to support our ongoing manufacturing requirements.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as they occur, working closely with other teams to implement effective solutions.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical support regarding the needs of our customers and vendors.
• Take an active role in third-party audits alongside our experienced team members.
• Contribute to various engineering projects and provide daily support for our core engineering functions.

Requirements

• A four-year degree in mechanical engineering or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with 2D or 3D CAD software, along with the ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a high level of motivation to excel in the manufacturing industry.
• Practical mechanical experience, such as hands-on work with machinery repair or machining.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization and external clients.
• The physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
• Compliance with U.S. export control laws requires that you are a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or possess asylum or refugee status.
