About the Role

We are looking for a Manual Test Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will play a vital part in our quality assurance process by ensuring that our software solutions meet the highest standards of reliability and performance. You will work alongside our developers to identify and resolve issues before our products reach our sponsors, helping us maintain the integrity and efficiency of our AI-driven platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze live software products against user stories and functional requirements to plan and execute comprehensive manual test scripts.
• Collaborate with our Test Lead and development teams across various time zones to ensure our testing objectives are met.
• Track, report, and retest software defects using Jira to ensure all issues are resolved prior to deployment.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or at least four years of equivalent professional experience.
• Between one and three years of experience testing large-scale web applications.
• Strong foundational knowledge of both manual and automation testing concepts.
• Familiarity with bug management tools, with a preference for Jira and its related add-ins.
• Working knowledge of programming and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or PyUnit is considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills, paired with a detail-oriented approach to your work.
