We are currently looking for a Manager, YouTube Advertising to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end YouTube strategy, utilizing your expertise to drive brand growth and performance metrics from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube advertising strategy that balances long-term brand building with immediate performance marketing objectives.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of our campaigns, including in-stream, discovery, bumper ads, and YouTube Shorts, while using Google Ads and YouTube’s Ads Manager to optimize results.
- Analyze campaign performance through metrics like view-through rates, watch time, and conversions to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience managing YouTube advertising campaigns with a clear history of delivering measurable results.
- Deep expertise in YouTube-specific ad formats, advanced audience segmentation, and platform-specific targeting techniques.
- Strong analytical capabilities, allowing you to interpret complex data sets and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and external partners.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
