We are currently looking for a Manager, YouTube Advertising to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will lead our end-to-end YouTube strategy, utilizing your expertise to drive brand growth and performance metrics from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube advertising strategy that balances long-term brand building with immediate performance marketing objectives.
Oversee the full lifecycle of our campaigns, including in-stream, discovery, bumper ads, and YouTube Shorts, while using Google Ads and YouTube’s Ads Manager to optimize results.
Analyze campaign performance through metrics like view-through rates, watch time, and conversions to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven professional experience managing YouTube advertising campaigns with a clear history of delivering measurable results.
Deep expertise in YouTube-specific ad formats, advanced audience segmentation, and platform-specific targeting techniques.
Strong analytical capabilities, allowing you to interpret complex data sets and translate them into effective marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative teams and external partners.
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though not strictly required.
