As we continue to grow, we need a leader who can design and implement a forward-looking framework to ensure our organization has the right talent in the right roles at the right time. This full-time, on-site position is essential for supporting our current operations and our long-term transformation goals.
Key outcomes
- Develop and embed a strategic workforce planning framework that aligns with our organizational objectives.
- Lead the coordination of manpower budgeting and resource planning efforts.
- Partner closely with our People and Culture team, Finance department, and senior leadership to drive talent sustainability.
- Contribute to our ongoing commitment to Emiratization and organizational agility.
- Ensure our workforce capabilities evolve to meet the demands of our future business landscape.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role, specifically within workforce planning or a related strategic function.
- Strong expertise in Project Management, with the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple departments.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
