What is this role?

We are looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a leadership position where you will provide technical guidance to teams building creative, high-quality business applications. We need someone with at least five years of experience in a hands-on management role who is ready to influence the trajectory of an ambitious startup while preserving our unique culture.

What will you do?

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, helping them grow their skills, advance their careers, and deliver secure, high-performing enterprise applications.
• Stay hands-on with the codebase, contributing to development while participating in design reviews and the peer code review process.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate business strategy with engineering execution, utilizing modern front-end frameworks and cost-efficient AWS back-end services.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a clear communicator who can lead effectively with or without formal authority. You possess a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and architectural patterns. We value candidates who have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and a proven history of designing new products in the cloud. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can balance short-term deliverables with a long-term vision. Proficiency in English is required, and experience with Agile development, Docker, and AWS is considered a significant plus.
