What is this role?
We are seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to lead our Ad Tech team. This is a full-time, remote position that is open to candidates located anywhere. We are looking for someone with extensive experience who is ready to step into a management role to guide our technical strategy and foster a high-performing, inclusive team environment.
What will you do?
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our ad targeting, privacy compliance, and performance monitoring systems.
- Mentor and grow a team of engineers by providing clear performance expectations and career development guidance.
- Collaborate with product and analytics teams to build scalable, reliable systems that optimize revenue while ensuring strict adherence to privacy regulations.
What makes you a great fit?
You should have at least 8 years of software engineering experience, including 3 years in a leadership or management capacity. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with Python and has a solid background in backend systems and data engineering. You should be well-versed in privacy compliance and ad tech standards. Since we operate in an international environment, excellent communication skills in English are essential for your success in this role.
