What you bring

We are seeking a Manager of Software Engineering to join us on a full-time basis in a hybrid capacity within the United States. In this role, you will leverage your experience in Agile development and SaaS environments to guide our technical strategy. Your daily focus will involve working with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Git to ensure our platforms remain at the cutting edge. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving the successful delivery of product features by working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Managing an evolving product roadmap that aligns with our core company goals.
• Mentoring, recruiting, and developing high-performing software engineers to foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive, quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments where requirements may shift. You should possess at least three years of management experience in software engineering, specifically within an Agile framework. We are looking for someone with a strong background in multi-tenant SaaS product development and a proven ability to build and lead successful teams. Technical expertise in object-oriented design is essential, and familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and cloud infrastructure like AWS is highly valued. You must be authorized to work in the United States, possess excellent communication skills, and have a genuine passion for mentoring others.
