We are looking for a Manager, Software Engineering - AI Governance to join our team in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities
- Take charge of the technical vision and execution for our AI governance software, ensuring we deliver high-quality solutions that meet our product goals.
- Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team by recruiting top talent and providing ongoing mentorship to support their professional growth.
- Collaborate directly with our product management team to define roadmaps and manage the end-to-end development process using Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience working with Python.
- A strong foundation in software engineering principles combined with practical experience building AI and ML products.
- Proven success in a management role, specifically leading engineering teams through product releases.
- Experience working in early-stage or startup environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively.
What we offer
