We are a company dedicated to supporting the success of restaurateurs through our all-in-one point-of-sale and management platform, which currently powers over 29,000 restaurants globally. As part of our technology leadership team, you will help guide our delivery efforts and work alongside a group of exceptionally talented developers. We are looking for someone who is ready to help us evolve our solutions and meet the increasing demands of our customers.
What you'll be doing
- You will mentor and develop our employees while leading and inspiring a high-performing, multi-disciplinary software team.
- You will collaborate with the product team to define project scopes and objectives, ensuring that our roadmap timelines are realistic and achievable.
- You will take full ownership of the development process, from identifying and removing blockers to ensuring we consistently ship high-quality software.
What you'll bring
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in a technical and people leadership role.
- You possess a strong background in mobile software development or cloud solutions.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
- You have a deep understanding of agile development practices, including Scrum or Kanban, and experience managing technical debt.
- You are familiar with modern software delivery infrastructure, such as CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and instrumentation tools.
- It is a bonus if you have previous experience with payment processing architecture or integrating with payment partners.
