We are currently seeking a Manager, SEO & Performance Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. As we grow, we need a creative problem solver to help us build a brand that challenges the status quo and redefines the homebuying experience. You will work closely with our leadership team to drive major company initiatives and ensure our voice stands out in the market.
Responsibilities
- Lead our comprehensive SEO strategy, directing content and product prioritization while ensuring we remain an industry leader in search visibility.
- Manage our paid media programs, including search and programmatic channels, to ensure our campaigns are highly targeted and performance-tuned.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and design experiments that refine our approach across all digital surfaces.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, specifically managing consumer campaigns and long-term SEO strategies with a high level of accountability.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, integrated campaigns involving messaging, creative production, and tracking.
- A creative mindset that allows you to develop content and strategies that resonate with audiences and build our brand identity.
- Strong proficiency in English to communicate effectively across our product, sales, and agency partner teams.
What we offer
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $140,000 USD. In addition to competitive compensation, we provide:
