- Provide dedicated support to your team members through regular check-ins, ensuring everyone has a manageable workload and the resources necessary to succeed.
- Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring individuals, helping them reach their professional goals, and establishing best practices for high-quality software development.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to bridge the gap between engineering and other departments. You possess deep technical expertise and a low-ego approach to problem-solving. To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Strong proficiency in software development, specifically with compiled languages like C++ and Rust, as well as scripting languages like Python.
- A solid grasp of mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, geometry, graph theory, and statistics.
- Experience working with ROS or similar middleware systems, as well as relational databases like Postgres and SQLite.
- A track record of building teams through effective training, development, and clear communication.
- Fluency in English.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive annual salary of $160,000. Beyond the compensation, you will have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking technology with a team of experts. Our benefits package includes:
- Remote work flexibility.
- Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance.
- A 401(k) retirement plan.
