Blueland is revolutionizing conventional cleaning and personal care products to eliminate the need for single-use plastic packaging, while prioritizing the planet and people. The Role:
We’re excited to welcome a People & Culture Partner to join our growing People & Culture team. This role is approximately 50% recruiting and 50% People Operations, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both candidate-facing work and the operational backbone that keeps teams running smoothly.
You’ll be a key partner across the employee lifecycle from attracting and hiring strong talent for Blueland, to ensuring accurate data, compliant processes, and thoughtful onboarding and offboarding experiences. This role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and deeply connected to Blueland’s culture and values.

The salary for this role is $90,000-110,000 per year.
