Manager, People & Culture at Blueland

At Blueland, we are on a mission to revolutionize the cleaning and personal care industry by eliminating single-use plastic. As a science-driven, Certified B Corp, we have already diverted over one billion plastic bottles from landfills. We are looking for a Manager, People & Culture to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is a perfect blend of recruiting and people operations, where you will serve as a vital partner in shaping our team and maintaining the operational excellence that defines our culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts by partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent, while ensuring an inclusive and thoughtful candidate experience.
• Manage essential people operations, including payroll processing, HR compliance, and maintaining data integrity across our internal systems.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, specifically focusing on creating smooth, human-centered onboarding and offboarding experiences for all team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruiting, HR, or a blended People & Culture role, including 2 to 3 years of dedicated recruiting experience.
• Strong proficiency with ATS and PEO platforms, such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Rippling.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with high attention to detail while maintaining a people-first mindset.
• Experience supporting payroll and compliance processes within a fast-growing or consumer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering an inclusive, positive workplace culture.

What we offer
