What is this role?

We are seeking a Manager, Partner Marketing Programs to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level position that requires a strategic mindset and a proven ability to drive partner engagement. Whether you are based in the US or London, you will play a key role in shaping how we collaborate with our partners to achieve shared success.

What will you do?

• You will implement and oversee global partner programs to ensure they remain aligned with our broader strategic goals.
• You will foster strong, productive relationships with our partners by providing the guidance and support necessary to maximize their participation and success.
• You will collaborate with leadership to track performance metrics, identify areas for process improvement, and deliver clear, consistent messaging to our partner network.

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in partner program management or a similar capacity.
• Strong project management skills and a track record of executing successful initiatives.
• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights.
• A background in cybersecurity or artificial intelligence is considered a significant advantage.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining high organizational standards.
