What is this role?
We are seeking a Manager, Partner Marketing Programs to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level position that requires a strategic mindset and a proven ability to drive partner engagement. Whether you are based in the US or London, you will play a key role in shaping how we collaborate with our partners to achieve shared success.
What will you do?
- You will implement and oversee global partner programs to ensure they remain aligned with our broader strategic goals.
- You will foster strong, productive relationships with our partners by providing the guidance and support necessary to maximize their participation and success.
- You will collaborate with leadership to track performance metrics, identify areas for process improvement, and deliver clear, consistent messaging to our partner network.

To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of strategic planning and operational expertise. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in partner program management or a similar capacity.
- Strong project management skills and a track record of executing successful initiatives.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- A background in cybersecurity or artificial intelligence is considered a significant advantage.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment while maintaining high organizational standards.
