We are currently seeking a Manager of Software Quality Assurance to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will lead our QA department through a significant organizational transformation, helping us maintain the high standards our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a diverse, talented team of QA engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that supports our SaaS platform.
- Establish a clear quality vision and drive our test automation strategy, including the integration of modern tools and AI-driven efficiencies.
- Partner with product, development, and SRE leaders to define key performance metrics and expand our testing scope to include performance, load, and vulnerability testing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in quality engineering and leadership. We require the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or at least four years of equivalent professional experience.
- More than 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 5 years of direct people management experience.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience within a multi-tenant SaaS environment, specifically involving distributed architectures and mobile application testing.
- Proven expertise in designing test automation frameworks for both UI and API testing, as well as experience working within a Scrum development lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in managing Jira workflows and familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, or Browserstack.
