The opportunity

We are looking for a Manager of Quality Assurance to guide our global QA team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our testing strategy, ensuring that every product release meets our rigorous quality benchmarks. You will bridge the gap between our development and product teams, fostering a culture where quality is integrated into every stage of the software development life cycle. A day in the life

• You will mentor and lead a global team of engineers, coordinating efforts across various time zones to ensure our testing goals are met.
• You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, utilizing tools like Selenium, Jira, and Jenkins to automate processes and improve overall efficiency.
• You will partner with product managers and developers to troubleshoot complex issues, advocate for testing best practices, and refine our quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Who you are

You are an experienced leader with at least five years of background in quality assurance, including two or more years managing global teams. You possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies and have a proven track record of implementing effective QA processes within a SaaS environment. You are comfortable working in English and have the communication skills necessary to influence cross-functional teams. Your technical toolkit includes hands-on experience with manual and automated testing, and you are adept at balancing immediate project deadlines with our long-term strategic vision.
