The Work
The Manager, Network Engineering & Operations is responsible for leading the bank’s network operations, ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient network infrastructure across cloud, data centers, and office locations. This role focuses on people leadership, vendor management, day-to-day operational excellence, and executing network solutions aligned with designs from the Infrastructure Solutions team. The incumbent will manage strategic vendor relationships, develop a network roadmap, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure service availability to meet business needs.
