What you'll be doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of network engineers and analysts to foster a high-performance culture through clear goal setting and regular feedback.
- Manage strategic relationships with key technology vendors, such as Cisco and Fortinet, while ensuring that all service level agreements are met.
- Oversee daily network operations, including maintenance and troubleshooting, while developing a long-term network roadmap that incorporates Microsoft Azure and automation to drive efficiency.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in IT infrastructure and a passion for leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on networking, including 5 years in a leadership position.
- Hands-on technical expertise with Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE, and Fortinet firewalls in both cloud and on-premises environments.
- Solid experience working within Microsoft Azure and a strong understanding of the ITIL framework.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a proven ability to manage complex network environments.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or Fortinet NSE, are considered a significant asset.
