About the Role
We are looking for a Manager, Menu Content to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will lead the efforts to ensure our new restaurant clients are onboarded smoothly and effectively. You will be responsible for coordinating team workflows, managing schedules, and maintaining clear communication across departments to keep our processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new restaurant clients, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.
- Optimize staff scheduling to align with business demands and ensure the right resources are available at the right times.
- Collaborate proactively with our Sales and Customer Success departments to maintain high standards of service and resolve any operational blockers.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a strong background in leadership and team coordination. You should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading and coordinating the work of others.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
- High proficiency in office software, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce and Zapier is considered a plus, as is fluency in both English and Mandarin.
Location
This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid schedule out of our Long Island City office.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. We are pleased to offer a hybrid work environment to support our team members.
