Noah Medical is pioneering the future of robotics by developing next-generation platforms for early diagnosis and treatment. We are looking for a dedicated Manager of Meetings, Events, and Trade Shows to help us showcase our innovative technology to the medical community.
Responsibilities
- Organize case observation events by coordinating with hospital staff and managing all logistics for surgical and endoscopic demonstrations.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer events and dinner programs to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among healthcare professionals.
- Manage high-level VIP visits and facility tours to highlight the clinical benefits of our robotic systems to key opinion leaders.
- Coordinate Physician Advisory Board meetings and regional programs to support our user network and sales enablement efforts.
- Lead our trade show strategy, including booth design, interactive demonstrations, and pre-show marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all events strictly adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in event management, trade show coordination, or marketing within the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Strong grasp of medical terminology and surgical procedures, specifically regarding robotics and minimally invasive surgery.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with executives, surgeons, and industry influencers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various event management software tools.
- Ability to travel domestically between 30% and 50% of the time.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field.
Nice-to-haves
- A master’s degree in a relevant field.
