Our team is composed of innovators and industry veterans from some of the most respected healthcare companies in the world. We are currently looking for a Manager of Meetings, Events, and Trade Shows to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts by orchestrating high-impact events that showcase our technology to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, helping us establish our systems as a standard in the medical device landscape.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a variety of events, including case observations, peer-to-peer sessions, and dinner programs, to demonstrate the clinical benefits of our robotic technology.
- Lead our presence at major trade shows by developing innovative booth designs and interactive presentations that effectively engage the medical community.
- Coordinate logistics for VIP visits and advisory board meetings while ensuring all activities remain compliant with industry regulations and internal messaging strategies.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
- At least 5 years of professional experience managing trade shows and events specifically within the healthcare or medical device sector.
- A strong grasp of medical terminology and surgical procedures, particularly those involving robotics or minimally invasive techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software, paired with the ability to travel domestically for 30% to 50% of your time.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented mindset when working with stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
