Noah Medical is shaping the future of healthcare by developing next-generation robotic platforms designed to improve the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Our team is composed of innovators and industry veterans from some of the most respected healthcare companies in the world. We are currently looking for a Manager of Meetings, Events, and Trade Shows to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts by orchestrating high-impact events that showcase our technology to healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, helping us establish our systems as a standard in the medical device landscape.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute a variety of events, including case observations, peer-to-peer sessions, and dinner programs, to demonstrate the clinical benefits of our robotic technology.
Lead our presence at major trade shows by developing innovative booth designs and interactive presentations that effectively engage the medical community.
Coordinate logistics for VIP visits and advisory board meetings while ensuring all activities remain compliant with industry regulations and internal messaging strategies.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus.
At least 5 years of professional experience managing trade shows and events specifically within the healthcare or medical device sector.
A strong grasp of medical terminology and surgical procedures, particularly those involving robotics or minimally invasive techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software, paired with the ability to travel domestically for 30% to 50% of your time.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a detail-oriented mindset when working with stakeholders and healthcare professionals.
