For more than twenty-five years we have delivered cloud solutions for communications, websites, meeting management, records, and digital services to 5,500 agencies and over 300 million residents across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. Our work has earned repeated recognition on the GovTech 100 list and a place among BuiltIn’s best companies to work, and we continue to expand the reach of equitable, inclusive digital government.
The role
We are hiring a Manager, Marketing to lead all marketing strategy and execution for our United Kingdom business. This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the UK. You will report to our US-based Vice President of Segment Marketing, manage one direct report, and coordinate with global product marketing, marketing communications, and marketing operations teams.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the UK marketing strategy that aligns with regional sales targets and business priorities, acting as the primary marketing partner for UK leadership and sales teams.
- Plan, execute, and optimise full-funnel campaigns-including digital programs, events, awareness initiatives, and account-based marketing-that generate pipeline and revenue for the UK market.
- Manage, mentor, and oversee the UK-based Marketing Specialist while coordinating with centralised teams to localise content, run the regional content calendar, and report on demand-generation metrics from inquiry through to pipeline.
Skills and experience
- At least five years of SaaS marketing experience in the UK, including two years managing people, with a strong preference for public-sector or government technology marketing.
- Proven ability to work directly with sales teams, analyse market and competitive data, and translate insights into actionable campaigns and messaging.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfort presenting to executive audiences, and familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and ABM technologies; fluency in English is required.
Compensation and benefits
We offer remote work within the United Kingdom along with a collaborative, transparent culture that includes employee resource groups, regular “Coffee with Mark” sessions with our CEO, and active internal communities focused on wellness, family, and professional development.
How to apply
If you are excited to shape how Granicus supports UK government organisations and their communities, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse backgrounds and perspectives and are happy to consider candidates who bring transferable skills even if they do not meet every listed requirement.
