Manager, IT at Next League, LLC

We are Next League, a digital growth consultant and technology partner dedicated to helping the sports industry navigate the future. Our team of veterans is redefining the digital agency model by focusing on innovation, business growth, and social impact. We are looking for a proactive Manager, IT to join our people-first, collaborative culture. While this is a hybrid role, you must be located within two hours of New York City by train or car to accommodate occasional onsite visits to our office as needed.

What you'll be doing

• You will oversee our internal IT operations and provide technical support to ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and efficient.
• You will lead and mentor our IT team while acting as a player-coach to foster a productive and growth-oriented environment.
• You will manage IT projects, vendor relationships, and compliance reporting to align our technology roadmap with our broader business objectives.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in technology management and a commitment to collaborative problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, including direct leadership and management responsibilities.
• Extensive experience managing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Workspace, alongside Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
• Proven expertise in endpoint protection, identity and access management, and internal networking technologies such as Cisco.
• Strong project management skills, with professional certifications like ITIL or PMP being a significant plus.
• A deep understanding of IT policies, security fundamentals, and audit reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
