We are currently looking for a Manager, IT Vendor Relations to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our IT Procurement team and fostering strategic partnerships with our key suppliers to ensure we receive high-quality goods and services that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with our key vendors while monitoring their performance against service level agreements and performance indicators.
- Lead and mentor a team of procurement and vendor management professionals, setting clear expectations and supporting their ongoing professional development.
- Negotiate complex contracts and analyze pricing to ensure we are securing the best value, while also managing the full lifecycle of vendor engagements including renewals and risk mitigation.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Between 4 and 6 years of professional experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract negotiation, risk management, and the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, complemented by proficiency in industry-standard vendor management tools and software.
