We are looking for a dedicated Manager, IT System Operations to join our expanding team at Aprio. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor teams responsible for the ongoing monitoring and maintenance of our network, infrastructure, and core systems.
- Take charge of our observability and ITSM platforms, including tools like ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Dynatrace, to ensure high performance.
- Oversee critical operational processes such as Incident and Change Management, while driving continuous improvement through collaboration with our third-party managed service providers.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Between 5 and 7 years of experience in a systems operations management role, ideally within a technology or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing distributed teams and working within a matrix organization.
- Technical proficiency with ITSM and observability software, alongside strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the firm.
