Onbe is a rapidly growing FinTech company that serves as a comprehensive payments partner for global clients, transforming how payments are imagined and delivered. We are looking for a Manager, IT Operations to lead our Service Desk and End User Computing teams, ensuring we provide exceptional support and drive continuous improvement across our technical operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the Service Desk, focusing on meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of IT professionals while overseeing hiring and scheduling needs.
- Analyze operational metrics to identify constraints and implement improvements to processes, tools, and team productivity.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge database and document IT policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure IT system changes are communicated and validated without impacting our clients.
- Act as a liaison between the Service Desk and other technology teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Oversee asset management for all hardware, software, and equipment.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of direct technical experience and 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience managing a Service Desk, including oversight of full-time staff and external vendors.
- Proficiency in managing Microsoft EntraID/Azure Active Directory.
- Experience with automated deployments and configuration management tools such as SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.
- Ability to automate tasks using Azure PowerShell or Azure CLI.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for laptops, servers, and network issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $117,000 to $137,000 per year.
- Hybrid work arrangement, with three days per week onsite in Conshohocken, PA.
