Role at a glance
We are seeking a Manager, Instructional Design to join our Enablement team. This is a full-time, mid-level position based on-site in the United States. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we educate our teams, defining the standards for our global instructional design efforts while supporting our broader business initiatives.
Your impact
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our instructional design team by championing best practices in graphic design, project management, and established learning methodologies.
- Define and manage the scope of work for your team, establishing clear service level agreements and expectations to ensure high-quality output.
- Design and develop engaging, visually appealing learning experiences that address product updates, process changes, and soft skills to bridge knowledge gaps across the organization.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a collaborative professional with a passion for adult learning and team development. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience building content and facilitating training, ideally within a multi-site sales organization.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in Enablement or Learning and Development within a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing team members.
- Technical proficiency in HTML, visual design tools, and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong project management capabilities and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder needs.
- Fluency in English.
