At Collegium Pharmaceutical, we are dedicated to building a leading, diversified specialty pharmaceutical company that improves the lives of individuals managing serious medical conditions, such as ADHD and persistent pain. We are currently seeking a Manager, Infrastructure & End User Services to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will lead our efforts in managing critical infrastructure, including cloud-based systems, audio-visual technology, and end-user support services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve our IT operations alongside our growing business.
Responsibilities
- Oversee our enterprise infrastructure, which includes on-premise servers, cloud services, network operations, disaster recovery, and audio-visual support.
- Manage the tools and processes for endpoint device support, including patch management, software deployment, and endpoint security.
- Evaluate the market for emerging technologies and architectural concepts to propose improvements that align with our company goals.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with MS AD/Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, and MS Intune.
- Proven experience working within both AWS and Azure environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, as well as Windows 10/11 and iOS device support.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Availability to provide off-hour support during emergency situations.
What we offer
