POSITION OVERVIEW
The Manager, Infrastructure & End User Services will play a key role in managing and leading the company’s infrastructure, including audio-visual systems, on-premise servers, cloud-based infrastructure, and end user services. This role will work closely with other cross-functional departments, managed services providers, and consultants to ensure an effective and efficient level of IT support is provided. The ideal candidate will embrace the diversity of the role and be excited to evolve the function with the Collegium business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and supports the IT enterprise infrastructure environment including the on-premise infrastructure, cloud services, network operations, disaster recovery, telecom and audio visual services.
- Provide and manage the tools for support and management of endpoint devices including software deployment, patch management, endpoint security, and antivirus.
- Surveys the market landscape for new concepts, emerging technology, architecture, industry, and company developments and proposes architecture as necessary.
- Manage day-to-day operations for management platforms and perform system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all tools.
- Administers technology asset inventory and distribution.
- Design and drive adoption of new processes, tools, and vendors for end user support and demonstrate familiarity with user lifecycle management (including provisioning), and identity & access management.
- Manage vendor operational deliverables (e.g. hardware, software, and service providers) in the context of both project delivery and ongoing operations to maximize value.
- Leverage data and metrics to understand performance trends, enable insights, and promote continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the strategy to evolve the overall IT operating model, including new structure and processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and standards to support compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. SOX, privacy, etc.)
- Oversight of external vendors to ensure service levels are being achieved and Collegium’s interests are being protected.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field required.
- 8+ years of experience in IT, including 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Windows 10/11, iOS device support and Office experience required.
- ITSM Tool Experience required (e.g. ServiceNow).
- Strong technical hands-on experience with MS AD/Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta and MS Intune Experience required.
- AWS and Azure experience required.
- Available for off hour support in case of emergency
- Proficient with industry wide security standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize appropriately, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
