Manager I, Cloud FinOps at Circles.Life

Welcome to Circles. Since our founding in 2014, we have been on a mission to transform the telecommunications industry with our innovative SaaS platform, Circles X. We help operators launch and scale digital brands, a model we successfully pioneered with our own digital telco, Circles.Life. Today, we operate across 14 countries with the support of world-class investors like Sequoia and Founders Fund. We are currently looking for a Manager I, Cloud FinOps to join our CTO Office in Singapore. What you'll be doing

• You will lead our Cloud FinOps strategy, managing the entire lifecycle of our practice including visibility, optimization, and ownership.
• You will serve as the primary source of truth for cloud billing data, ensuring accurate reporting on actual spending, chargebacks, and savings from optimization efforts.
• You will foster a culture of cost-consciousness by driving accountability across the organization and identifying new ways to improve efficiency.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in cloud technology and financial operations. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Practical experience with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• A solid understanding of cloud billing structures, cost optimization techniques, and strategic planning.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English while working with stakeholders across engineering, finance, and product teams.
• A proactive mindset, as you will be responsible for managing commitment plans, governing enterprise contracts, and leading monthly business reviews.
