We are looking for a Manager of Growth Creative Strategy to join our team and drive mid and lower funnel objectives for our Connected Fitness products and app. Peloton is a global leader in fitness, providing world-class content and hardware that helps millions of members reach their goals, and you will play a key role in shaping the digital strategies that connect our brand to our community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead creative strategies based on cultural trends, consumer research, and media data to improve the path to purchase.
- Serve as a product expert while establishing global messaging priorities in partnership with our Growth Strategy and Product Marketing teams.
- Create and execute quarterly learning agendas that align with our marketing goals and historical performance.
- Partner with the Global Media team to build a consistent creative test roadmap and ensure we meet volume needs for conversion campaigns.
- Draft detailed creative briefs for internal and external agency partners to ensure high-quality asset production.
- Manage external agency relationships by setting clear expectations and holding partners accountable for performance and collaboration.
- Analyze creative performance data to identify scalable wins and optimization opportunities, sharing insights regularly with leadership.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including Creative, Music, Legal, and Marketing Analytics, to maintain tight production timelines.
Must-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in performance creative, specifically within media buying or creative strategy roles.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, creative measurement, and current technology trends.
- Strong project management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of driving results and using data to inform decision-making, including proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker.
- Experience working with paid media creative performance data and measuring mid to lower funnel KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and briefs to creative partners.
- A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
