What is this role?
We are looking for a Manager, Growth Creative Strategy to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Belgium. This is a leadership position requiring 6 to 8 years of experience in creative strategy or production, with at least 2 years spent managing teams or complex campaigns. You will act as the bridge between performance data and creative direction, ensuring our brand remains both memorable and effective.
What will you do?
- Develop and refine campaign strategies that effectively balance immediate performance goals with long-term brand building.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Growth, and Studio teams to ensure we remain agile and aligned on our creative priorities.
- Draft clear, impactful creative briefs that provide the team with the direction they need to achieve high-quality results.
