By building a comprehensive operating system for dental practices globally, we empower clinicians and their teams with the technology and support they need to provide better care. As we continue to scale, we are looking for a talented Manager, Finance Systems to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial infrastructure, ensuring our systems are as innovative as the industry we serve.
What you'll be doing
- You will define the vision and structure for our Finance Systems function, establishing clear roles and growth paths as the team evolves.
- You will design and optimize scalable processes for NetSuite and other financial tools, setting high standards for data management, reporting, and system configuration.
- You will oversee technical delivery by guiding both internal and external resources through complex tasks like API integrations and SuiteScript development.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and strategic leadership skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience working with core finance systems, including deep knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Management, and Procurement.
- Over 2 years of experience leading projects or managing teams within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite administration and configuration, along with a strong understanding of how to translate functional needs into technical specifications.
- The ability to communicate effectively in English while collaborating across departments like Engineering and Accounting.
- A process-oriented mindset with the ability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on system improvements.
