The role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Field Marketing, Partnerships, and PR to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that requires a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on executor. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and lead our efforts to drive awareness and cultural relevance at the local, regional, and brand levels. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building scalable systems while managing high-impact launches and community engagement.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and implement local marketing playbooks and programs that empower our venues to drive traffic while maintaining consistent brand alignment.
- Lead the comprehensive marketing and PR strategy for new venue openings, from initial pre-launch planning through to post-opening momentum.
- Manage our public relations and brand partnerships, identifying opportunities to earn media coverage and build meaningful relationships that increase brand equity.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of creative strategy and analytical rigor. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, specifically within field marketing, brand partnerships, or public relations.
- Demonstrated success in building marketing programs for physical locations, ideally across multiple units or markets.
- Strong project management capabilities, allowing you to lead multiple workstreams and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with venue leadership, media, and external partners.
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to measure performance and refine future programming.
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, restaurant, or consumer experiential brands is highly preferred.
