Role at a glance
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a full-stack software development team. This is a full-time, hybrid position designed for an experienced leader who thrives in a collaborative, distributed environment. You will work across our global offices to drive product roadmaps and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Your impact
- Partner with Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute a product roadmap that aligns with our broader company vision.
- Take ownership of the technical architecture and project delivery, ensuring we meet business objectives while navigating complex tradeoffs.
- Mentor and grow your engineering team by providing coaching, fostering career development, and building a cohesive, high-performing culture.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including 2 years in a management role leading engineering teams.
- Technical expertise in large-scale, distributed systems, including SQL/NoSQL storage, asynchronous processing with Kafka, and microservices.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate work across globally distributed, multi-functional teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a track record of recruiting and retaining top-tier engineering talent.
- Fluency in English.
