Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a leadership position where you will report directly to the VP of Engineering, helping to shape our engineering organization from anywhere. If you have a background in software development and a talent for coaching, we would love to meet you.
Your impact
- Lead and mentor one or more software development teams by providing clear goals, performance management, and consistent feedback to foster professional growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional partners to define roadmaps, ensure team health, and maintain high standards for architectural quality and security.
- Drive our hiring initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and system architecture.
What you'll need
- At least five years of experience as a software developer in a senior role.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a leadership capacity, including hands-on management and mentorship of engineering talent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English and a background in SaaS environments.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments like startups is highly valued.
Perks and compensation
