What you'll be doing
- Lead and support a team of engineers to design, build, and maintain robust applications that serve our diverse customer base.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and compliance teams to maintain high productivity and morale while fostering a clear career path for your team members.
- Engage in hands-on technical work, utilizing your curiosity to dive into different technologies across our stack to help your team solve complex problems.
What you'll bring
We are looking for a manager who is ready to flex their creativity and thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable working across various technical domains and have proficiency in one or more of our core technologies, which include Python, Django, Ruby, and Golang. On the front-end, we utilize React, ReactNative, and TypeScript, while our APIs are powered by GraphQL and REST. You must be fluent in English and possess a genuine interest in the mechanics of software products, along with an openness to new perspectives and a collaborative spirit.
