What you bring

As an Engineering Manager on our Delivery Team, you will lead a remote team of engineers across the EMEA and India regions. You will be responsible for guiding the development of minimal, secure, and zero-CVE container images while fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. This is a full-time, remote position, and we require you to be based in the EU to effectively coordinate with your team. Your core responsibilities include:

• Leading and managing a high-performing engineering team through clear goal setting and performance development.
• Partnering with our recruiting team to drive the hiring process and identify top-tier talent.
• Collaborating with Technical Program Managers to prioritize backlogs and ensure the efficient delivery of secure software components.

Requirements

We are looking for a leader who combines technical depth with strategic vision. You should have at least 2 years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership, supported by a background of at least 3 years in software development or DevOps. Proficiency in English is required. You should be comfortable working with cloud-native technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, AWS, and Terraform. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can anticipate future growth needs and align technical output with our broader business objectives.

What we offer
