What is this role?
We are looking for an experienced Manager of End User Services to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a leadership position based in the United States that operates under a hybrid work model. You will be responsible for overseeing our help desk operations and ensuring our end users receive top-tier technical support in a fast-paced environment.
What will you do?
- Lead and mentor a team of three support engineers while managing our relationships with external service providers for remote office locations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the help desk, which includes managing workstation inventory, handling software upgrades, and serving as the primary point of escalation for complex technical issues.
- Drive strategic planning by preparing monthly reports for senior management, managing projects, and identifying new technologies to improve our overall service quality.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in technical support and a passion for leadership. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least seven years of experience in workstation support, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
- Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365, along with familiarity with market data tools like Bloomberg and Refinitiv.
- Proficiency in desktop management, including software packaging, patching, health monitoring, and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management and printer vendor oversight is considered a plus.
What's in it for you?
We offer a competitive base salary range of $150,000 to $250,000, depending on your specific experience and qualifications. In addition to your compensation, you will enjoy the following benefit:
- A hybrid work arrangement that allows for flexibility while maintaining a collaborative office culture.
