What is this role?

We are looking for a Manager of Development to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a leadership position where you will oversee both the people and the technology within one or more of our product areas. You will be responsible for managing a team of 8 to 10 direct reports, working closely with our colleagues in Bangalore, and ensuring our platform-which includes tools like search, navigation, and investor360-continues to deliver high-quality results. This role operates in a hybrid environment, requiring you to be in the office three days per week.

What will you do?

• Partner with product managers to define roadmaps, estimate project timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of our software initiatives.
• Build, grow, and retain a high-performing engineering team by providing consistent coaching, feedback, and hands-on management.
• Maintain deep visibility into project status and technical details to remove obstacles and keep cross-functional teams aligned and productive.
