We are currently seeking a Manager, Data Acquisition to join our team in a hybrid capacity.

Key outcomes

• Develop and execute a robust data acquisition strategy that aligns with our core mission and organizational values.
• Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 data acquisition associates, providing the coaching necessary for their professional growth.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to secure new data sources for our ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to identify data priorities and translate analysis into actionable business insights.
• Enforce rigorous standards for data governance, security, and quality to ensure our information remains accurate and accessible.
• Manage multiple initiatives independently while meeting deadlines and resolving complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in data acquisition or analysis, specifically within the healthcare sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, particularly regarding data acquisition processes.
• Reliable internet connectivity with minimum speeds of 3.8Mbps download and 3.0Mbps upload, and latency under 60 ms.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• A Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field, such as an MHA, MPH, or an MBA with a focus on healthcare administration.
• Two or more years of experience in a leadership or management role overseeing data experts.
• Practical experience working with Jira and SQL.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $99,000.00 to $124,000.00. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
