Pomelo Care is a mission-driven team of clinicians, engineers, and problem solvers dedicated to improving health outcomes for mothers and babies. We utilize a technology-focused platform to provide personalized, evidence-based care throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period, aiming to reduce preterm births and NICU admissions. We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis to help us scale our impact and connect with patients and health partners.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that builds trust with our B2B2C audience and supports long-term retention.
- Produce a diverse range of high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and patient testimonials.
- Translate complex health information into clear, accessible messaging for our patients and stakeholders.
- Apply data-driven insights and SEO optimization techniques to refine our strategy and improve content performance.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all communication channels and patient touchpoints.
- Partner with our clinical, product, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with our broader business goals and the patient journey.
Must-haves
- At least 4 years of experience in content marketing, preferably within a high-growth health tech or virtual care environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing capabilities, with a talent for simplifying complex topics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate findings into actionable improvements.
- Proficiency with content management systems and modern distribution tools.
- A creative, results-oriented mindset focused on driving measurable business impact.
