Role at a glance

We are seeking a Manager, Candidate Experience to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a management-level position open to candidates anywhere in the world who are fluent in English and ready to lead initiatives that shape how the world’s top talent experiences our hiring process.

Your impact

Build and lead a high-performing team of Candidate Experience Specialists, setting clear KPIs and fostering their professional growth through dedicated coaching.
Drive strategic, data-backed improvements to our recruitment processes and tools to ensure every candidate has a seamless and positive experience.
Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and internal stakeholders to consult on talent solutions and align our hiring strategies with broader business goals.

What you'll need

Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition and recruiting coordination, with a proven ability to influence and train others.
Strong project management skills and a track record of implementing new ways of working across globally distributed teams.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and a willingness to master GitLab as part of your daily workflow.
A strategic mindset that balances innovative candidate experiences with the practical needs of the business.

Perks and compensation

The base salary for this position ranges from $77,300 to $165,600 USD, depending on your location and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
