Responsibilities

Build and lead a high-performing Candidate Experience team by defining clear KPIs.
Mentor and coach Candidate Experience Specialists to support their professional growth and career progression.
Utilize data to make strategic decisions that improve the experience for both our candidates and our internal team.
Implement new processes and tools to ensure a seamless and innovative candidate journey.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to provide insights and influence broader recruiting strategies.
Partner with internal functional groups to understand business needs and consult on effective talent solutions.
Maintain data integrity within our ATS and integrated systems.
Manage candidate experience surveys and drive initiatives to improve results across the organization.
Provide ongoing training and share best practices with the wider recruiting team.

Must-haves

Extensive experience in recruiting coordination and a deep understanding of the Talent Acquisition landscape.
Proven track record of managing teams, influencing stakeholders, and developing training programs.
Experience implementing new workflows within a globally distributed team.
Strong project management skills combined with high attention to detail.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, with specific preference for experience using Greenhouse.
A strategic mindset for problem-solving that balances business goals with a high-quality candidate experience.
Fluency in English and a willingness to work within the GitLab platform.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $77,300 to $165,600 USD, depending on location and experience. We also offer the following:
