What is this role?

We are seeking a Manager Business Analysis and Application Management to join us on a full-time basis. This is a management-level position based in the Netherlands, where you will lead a dedicated team of five business analysts and seven application managers. You will operate in a hybrid work environment, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on team support to ensure our systems remain robust, efficient, and perfectly aligned with our organizational goals.

• You will guide our technological policy to ensure our IT infrastructure effectively supports our business objectives.
• You will act as a mentor and coach, fostering the professional growth and development of your team members.
• You will oversee project execution and process management, ensuring that responsibilities are clear and that our end users are well-trained and fully informed.

• An academic level of thinking and a completed degree in management or an IT-related field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role.

• Solid experience with project management and business analysis within the IT and logistics sectors.
