What you bring
We are seeking a Manager for Account Management to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be responsible for leading our government enterprise strategy, ensuring our partners receive the highest level of service as we grow. This role is perfect for someone who excels at building systems and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Take full ownership of post-sales success and account management for our non-state government customers.
- Drive significant growth through renewals and upsells while maintaining a retention rate of 90 percent or higher.
- Hire, mentor, and coach a high-performing team while operationalizing a new customer success motion tailored for the education sector.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess at least five years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic partnerships, with a minimum of two years spent in a people management capacity. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to drive revenue in complex, regulated environments. You should be comfortable building new functions from the ground up and have a knack for leading cross-functional initiatives. Strong communication skills in English are essential, as is a strategic mindset that allows you to turn data into actionable insights. We value candidates who are empathetic, organized, and capable of navigating shifting priorities with ease.
