Requirements

• A Master’s degree in economics, science, or a technical field from a top-tier university, supported by excellent academic performance.
• Native-level proficiency in German and professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate in a confident, precise, and engaging manner.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a preference for data-driven decision-making and clear communication.
• A genuine passion for strategy development, digital business models, innovation, and agile management methodologies.
