About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be the primary person responsible for the upkeep and preservation of our buildings and common areas. You will work independently to handle a wide range of technical and general maintenance duties to ensure our facilities operate smoothly and safely every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a diverse set of maintenance tasks, including HVAC installations, painting, and landscaping.

Requirements
